1. Rasa Yoga
Rasa Yoga is located in the famous Saint-Michel district in Paris. It offers different classes, styles and teachers, for all ages and lifestyles, as almost all types of yoga are available. Founder Daniela Schmid was the first one to open a studio with different yoga classes in Paris.
It is a nice place with two rooms, a very warm welcome, and classes every day. Prenatal, baby, child and mummy yoga classes are also available.
he studio is open from dawn to dusk 7 days per week. There is a beautiful room where you can exclusively speak English.

2. Asthanga Yoga Paris
Asthanga Yoga Paris is in the heart of Avenue de la République, in the 11th district of Paris. This studio is now one of the major centres of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Paris.
They speak in English and French.
All level classes are offered, and Pranayama, two annual master classes, an online course, children’s yoga classes and workshops are available here.
Master classes, given by Gerald and Linda certified “Yoga Alliance” teachers, are intensive and at a very good level.

CanalCentral is a few steps from Canal Saint-Martin, close to Place de la République. Classes may be collective, in small groups, one-to-one and during workshops.

4. Omm Studio
Omm Studio is few steps from Place des Vosges in the 3rd district. Step-by-step guides and support are available to enable you to practice at your own rhythm, be it Vinyasa yoga, Jivamkuti yoga, Yin yoga or Kundalini yoga.
You can count on a team of passionate, qualified and experienced teachers, who adapt to the group level, your personal potential and your physique.
Particular attention is paid to learning, alignment, correct posture and breathing. Classes are in both French and English.

5. Paris Yoga Shala
Paris Yoga Shala is in the 8th district of Paris, just a few steps from Avenue des Champs Elysées. At Paris Yoga you can engage in Shala Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, and Restorative yoga classes every day.
They are available at all levels and all ages; as well as one-to-one class with a variety of teachers.
There is a unique room where everyone meets and exchanges in both English and French.

6. Tigre Yoga Club

7. Samasthiti Studio
Samasthiti Studio is in the Marais district near Bastille. It was the first Ashtanga yoga centre in Paris. Founder Caroline Boulinguez is a pioneer of the Ashtanga yoga teaching. She has already trained several teachers who work with her.
From Monday to Sunday, classes are at all levels, mainly for Ashtanga yoga, but also for Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, as well as for children, and during immersive workshops.

8. Centre Sivananda
Centre Sivananda of Vedanta yoga is near the Gare de l’Est train station in Paris, in the Faubourg Saint-Martin district. It offers a choice of over 60 activities per week at all levels, including children and seniors.
There is also a large reception room where you can meet other yoga practitioners and teachers. Centre Sivananda of Vedanta yoga is a denomination recognized by the French Government.

9. Studios Vinyasa Yoga Paris – méthode Gérard Arnaud
Studios Vinyasa Yoga Paris – Gérard Arnaud’s method was founded in 1981 by one of the pioneers of yoga in France, who trained hundreds of teachers.
This studio is the Vinyasa temple, but other types of yoga (dynamic or static) are practiced here with qualified teachers, including Relaxing yoga, Vinyasa, Yin yoga, Hanuman Flow and Inversions.

Institut Eva Ruchpaul is in the 8th district of Paris, just two steps away from the Saint-Lazare train station.

14. YUJ Yoga Studio
You can find YUJ Yoga Studio at the base of the Eiffel Tower, in the 7th district of Paris, but also in the 1st, 9th, 16th and 17th districts.
This is the first French yoga studio to use infrared lights, an unique and original idea developed in New York. Classes are also given in the dark, with candles and music.
