Rasa Yoga is located in the famous Saint-Michel district in Paris. It offers different classes, styles and teachers, for all ages and lifestyles, as almost all types of yoga are available. Founder Daniela Schmid was the first one to open a studio with different yoga classes in Paris.

It is a nice place with two rooms, a very warm welcome, and classes every day. Prenatal, baby, child and mummy yoga classes are also available.

The studio is open from dawn to dusk 7 days per week. There is a beautiful room where you can exclusively speak English.

2. Studio Yoga République

Located in the heart of Paris (in Le Marais), this Studio opened in 2013 is only dedicated to the practice of Iyengar® Yoga.

This method of Hatha yoga is recognized worldwide for its effectiveness in improving health, especially back problems.

The Studio offers nearly 30 lessons per week and workshops on weekends, given by qualified and experienced teachers.

All classes are given in French, but all the teachers speak English if necessary, especially Vincente and Renny who speak fluently.

The number of participants is limited to 15 people per class (reservations must be made).

Ashtanga Yoga Paris is in the heart of Avenue de la République, in the 11th district of Paris. This studio is now one of the major centers of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Paris.

They speak in English and French.

All level classes are offered, and Pranayama, two annual masterclasses, an online course, children’s yoga classes and workshops are available here.

Masterclasses, given by Gerald and Linda certified “Yoga Alliance” teachers, are intensive and at a very good level.

7. Tigre Yoga Club

Tigre Yoga Club has three studios within Paris : Chaillot, Marais and Rive Gauche. They have 25 teachers who offer more than 400 hours of postural or dynamic yoga classes: Sandow yoga, Active yoga, Core yoga, Yin yoga. They are at all levels that are suitable for children, too.

8. Samasthiti Studio

Samasthiti Studio is in the Marais district near Bastille. It was the first Ashtanga yoga center in Paris. Founder Caroline Boulinguez is a pioneer of Ashtanga yoga teaching. She has already trained several teachers who work with her.

From Monday to Sunday, classes are at all levels, mainly for Ashtanga yoga, but also for Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, as well as for children, and during immersive workshops.

9. Centre Sivananda

Centre Sivananda of Vedanta yoga is near the Gare de l’Est train station in Paris, in the Faubourg Saint-Martin district. It offers a choice of over 60 activities per week at all levels, including children and seniors.

There is also a large reception room where you can meet other yoga practitioners and teachers. Centre Sivananda of Vedanta yoga is a denomination recognized by the French Government.

Studios Vinyasa Yoga Paris – Gérard Arnaud’s method was founded in 1981 by one of the pioneers of yoga in France, who trained hundreds of teachers.

Institut Eva Ruchpaul is in the 8th district of Paris, just two steps away from the Saint-Lazare train station.
