Access to the Spa (pool + sauna + hammam) is authorized for children under 16 years old only from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Monday and from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. from Tuesday to Sunday. The spa is a place of rest and relaxation. Parents must discipline their children in order to respect the tranquillity of the place under pain of exclusion. Spa access: 50 minutes offered per person and per night booked, upon mandatory reservation of your time slot at Crystal Spa by using our e-Concierge App. Due to an increasing number of fraud or fraud attempts, please note that the full payment of your stay will be due at the time of check in (rate of the room x number of nights + city taxes) + a potential request of a credit card for a pre-autorisation or a cash deposit as a guarantee (50 Euros per person and per night). Parking: the hotel doesn’t have a private parking. You can park in the streets nearby (free of charge Mon-Sat from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., Sundays and Holiday Days).
