7.6/10 : France Hotel Guide’s expert rating

La Ultima is two restaurants in one.

The first is Tony’s, the one that you notice first. Its decor is reminiscent of typical Italian restaurants, with its long wooden bar, its red and white gingham tablecloths and its warm atmosphere.

At nightfall, Tony’s folds away its tables and chairs to make way for La Ultima. A secret door at the back of the room opens into a second room, which looks like a hide-out for the American-Italian mafia.

It’s a 70s decor, with zebra and leopard print booths, black marble and crystal chandeliers.

The two restaurants are an ode to Italian cuisine, with antipasti, fresh pasta, and Napolitan pizza, which you can have with wine or various cocktails.
