Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Piscine #1 is closed from Sun 01 Oct 2023 until Sat 01 Jun 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please call the residence directly 2 days before your arrival to obtain access codes. The outdoor swimming pool is open from 15 June to September. You can use our WASH'IN laundry: price varies according to the program selected. Please note that: For stays from 1 to 6 nights, end of stay cleaning is included. For stays from 7 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included. For stays from 28 days, cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning can be provided at extra cost.
