The Club MMV Altitude is located just 200 metres from the ski slopes of the Arc 2000 resort in the French Alps. It offers free access to the hot tub, indoor pool and sauna upon reservation. Important information
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Please note the reception opening hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 13:30 and 17:00 to 20:00. Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 to 21:00. Bed linen and towels are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Daily cleaning and full-board are included in the price. The kids club is available for children from 4 to 11 years old, and the teenagers club for children from 12 to 17 years old. A baby club is available for children from 18 months to 3 years old, for an extra fee. The baby club is subject to availability and upon prior reservation. The full-board rate includes dinner on arrival day and breakfast and lunch on departure day, for stays of 5 nights minimum. The Aqua-relaxation area is closed on Saturdays all year round, and on Fridays and Tuesday mornings out of French school holidays: Adults 18 years old and over - - Upon reservation only at the reception desk for adults - 1 access per person is included in the rate per adult per week after 17:00 from Sunday to Friday. Teenagers aged 14 years old and over - - Opening hours depend upon times decided by the hotel, during French school holidays only - Sessions are for 45 minutes depending on availability. In the Aqua-relaxation area flip flops and swimming costumes are mandatory. Bath towels are provided. Discounts of up to 30% for ski lift passes and 50% for ski equipment are available via the property. These services must be booked before arrival.Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Parking : Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 87 per week.
Pets : Pets are not allowed.
Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
