You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception opening hours :Monday to Sunday except Saturday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 - Saturday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. Please note that reception opening hours are subject to change, please contact the residence before your arrival. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Parking must be booked on site. Prices include : accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access (to 5 devices to navigate, e-mails reading and researches), a TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax). Please note that free limited WiFi access is available for up to 5 devices. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. Pets are allowed at the property for a EUR 11 fee per pet per night. A maximum of 2 pets per accommodation applies. If you come by train, funicular is offered. Open every day from 7.30am to 9pm and until 11pm on Thursday. Funicular to Arc 1600 then free shuttles to the other sites in the resort of Les Arcs.

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 95 per week.

Pets : Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
