The Café des 2 Moulins, or the Two Windmills Café, which is located at 15 rue Lepic in the 18th arrondissement, was made famous by the 2001 film, Amélie. This café was the backdrop for the worldwide hit film.
The Café des 2 Moulins takes its name from the Moulin Rouge and the Moulin de la Galette, both of which are nearby.
The film's success made the café into a tourist destination in its own right, attracting onlookers and tourists as they discover Montmartre.
