Swimming pool #1 is closed from Tue 01 Oct 2024 until Sun 13 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside the regular check-in hours, please contact the property in advance. Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except city tax and handling fees). Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival. The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation. The outdoor swimming pool is open from April 15 to September 25. With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Please note that Pets are allowed for a supplement of 12€ per day or 75€ per week. Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
