A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The reception desk is open from 07:00 to 21:00 from Monday to Friday and from 8:00 to 21:00 on weekends and bank holidays. If you plan to arrive outside of opening hours, please contact the residence to obtain the access codes. Please make sure to have the reservation number provided by the residence with you. Please note that a daily housekeeping service is available at an additional cost. Weekly cleaning service is included in the room rate. The credit card used to make the booking as well as personal identification will be requested upon arrival.
