Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For early arrivals before 15:00 or late check out after 11h00, an extra EUR 12 fee applies. If you wish to have breakfast at the residence, please reserve in advance. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Please note that: For stays from one to three nights, end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays from 4 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included. For stays from 28 days, cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning might be provided at extra cost. For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised. Guests may experience some noise or light disturbances due to a rail line located less than 10 metres from the property. Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8 per day.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
