You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Breakfast is never included in the prices available on Booking.com. Buffet Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:30 in the Breakfast room or by the pool. It can be reserved on site. Please note the check-in time is between 16:00 and 20:00 pm. Any arrival after 8:00 p.m. or check-out between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. without prior agreement from the establishment may incur charges of 50% of the value of the room. Please note that there is no welcome tray in the room and mini-refrigerators are only available on request for an additional fee of 5€ per day. Please note that pets are not allowed in August. For the rest of the year, they are allowed on request and only according to certain conditions (to know about them you must contact the property). Please note that the use of the sauna or hammam are on request at an additional cost. All sessions last 20 minutes.

Pets : Pets are not allowed.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 15 per person per stay when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
