Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Piscine #1 is closed from Mon 16 Oct 2023 until Tue 14 May 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception opening times: Sunday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. - Saturday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00. Please note the swimming pool is not heated and is open from mid-April to end of October. Price includes: accommodation, bed linen, toilet linen, household linen (bathmat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and the kitchen corner), basic WiFi access (for 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and search), charge and tax (except city tax and application fee). Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival. The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation. With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. For multiproperty, the baby kit can be booked on site only, directly with the reception Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment. A reservation of more than 5 rooms or 20 people will be considered as a group, the group conditions may therefore apply to it.

Groups : When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet : WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Parking : Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets : Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds.
