Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. An early-chek-in and/or late check-out are available on request with fee. Please contact the property in advance for late check-in. Please note that: For stays from 1 to 6 nights, end of stay cleaning is included in the price. For stays from 7 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included in the price. For stays from 28 days, a cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning can be provided at extra cost. Please note that the cleaning service does not include the kitchen area or the washing up. Guests are responsible for cleaning their own kitchen area and washing their dishes before departure. If the kitchen area is not left clean, the guests will be charged an extra fee. Please contact the hotel in advance to reserve a space in the underground parking garage. You can use the Special Requests box when reserving or contact the hotel directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised.

Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8 per day.

Pets : Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
