Important information
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Cars are not allowed inside Val Thorens. It is mandatory for all visitors to pay to park outside the resort during their stay. Pastries and bread are available upon request, except in the summer season. Please note that towels are changed at the middle of the stay. Upon departure, guests are required to strip the beds and put bed linen in the bathroom, empty the fireplace and the dishwasher, and put the bins out. During the summer season bed linen and towels are provided but beds are not made. Guests do not have access to the pool, spa and sauna.Groups : When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 120 per stay.
Pets : Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
