You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the fitness room is not available for children under 18 years old. Training shoes and workout clothes are mandatory. Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation and photo ID will be required upon check-in. The name appearing on these 2 documents must correspond to that of the person staying in the establishment. If your name is different, please contact the property prior to arrival. This property's spa and gym are currently closed due to the coronavirus pandemic Please note that free beverages and snacks are available from 15:00 to 18:00 during the afternoon. Please be advised that payment is due at check-in.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available cot. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
