Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The reception is located on the first floor. To access reception, please use the intercom. Reception opening times: 7/7 & 24/24. Reception opening times: - Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 18:00 If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the hotel in advance in order to organise check-in. Otherwise, the property may refuse check-in. Please note that baby cots are only for children under 3 years old.

Parking : Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 50 per day.

Pets : Pets are not allowed.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
