A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the hotel reception is under renovation. Therefore the elevator is only accessible from the 1st floor. We ensure you that these renovation works will not impact the tranquility of your stay. Do not hesitate to contact us for any special requests related to this renovation work. Please note that extra beds are only possible in the twin room. Please note that, for non-refundable reservations, the credit card used to make the reservation will be requested upon check-in. If you are using someone else's credit card, you will be requested to show a copy of his/her ID and credit card. An authorisation letter written by the credit card provider will be also requested. When booking 6 rooms or more, the hotel will require a 50 % deposit of the total amount. This deposit must be paid right after the booking, the hotel will contact you to give instructions. Renovation work is done until 31 October. The common areas are under renovation.

Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 35 per day.

Pets : Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 3 years old and over stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
