Important information

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let Cosy Monceau know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. For reservations of 5 nights and more, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. This deposit will be partially refundable. Chèques Vacances holiday vouchers are an accepted method of payment. Please note that there are 2 public car parks within 1 km of the property. In the event of late arrival, guests are required to contact the hotel by telephone or email.

Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 37 per day.

Pets : Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 15 years old stay for € 16 per person per night when using an available extra bed. People 16 years old and over stay for € 22 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
