Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reservation of 5 to 9 rooms : 30% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation. The balance must be paid 1 month before the arrival date. Both of these elements are imperative to guarantee the reservation in its entirety. Failure to receive the required payment will result in automatic cancellation of the booking by the hotel. Cancellation terms: In case of partial cancellation of the stay, the customer must notify the hotel upon arrival. For certain tariff offers, special cancellation conditions that modify these general conditions may apply. Total conditions: • Group cancellation 31 days before the arrival date: 0% of the stay is due. • Group cancellation between 31 and 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the stay is due. • Group cancellation between 14 days and the day of arrival: 100% of the stay is due. Partial conditions: • Cancellation of 20% of the rooms without charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. • Cancellation of 1 to 2 rooms without charge between 13 and 2 days before the arrival date.

Groups : When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking : No parking available.

Pets : Pets are not allowed.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
