A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note that the reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00 on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The reception is open from 08:00 - 19:00 on Wednesday and Saturday. The studio cannot accommodate a baby cot. Please specify your bedding preference and the number of adults and children staying in the accommodation in the special request box at the time of booking.

Internet : WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Parking : Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets : Pets are not allowed.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
