This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that when the residence is open in the summer, parking is free of charge. Please note beds are not made on arrival. The following items are included in the rate: Bed linen, towels, tea towels, a welcome pack. Please note that a EUR 55 - EUR 80 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.
