The property does not have private parking. A security deposit of 200 EUR will be requested upon your arrival. This sum will be used to cover any damage observed in the apartment, notably concerning furniture, fixed parts, decorations or common areas. It must be paid by credit card. The refund should be made within 7 days of your departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, if no damage has occurred and was noted by the property. Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
