This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours please contact the property in advance by telephone to organise check-in. For any request related to an accommodation with disability access, please contact the property directly. For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels and TV are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge. The city tax is due upon arrival and charged to guests aged 18 and older. If guests don’t clean the kitchenette, extra fees will be charged on your credit card or deducted from the security deposit.
