This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Cheques Vacances holiday vouchers, French cheques and bank transfers are accepted methods of payment. Charges for electricity are not included in the price, except from June to September; and depend on your consumption. Please note that: - for stays of more than 7 nights, check-in is from 16:00 to 18:30 on Saturday only. - for shorter stays, check-in is from 18:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Friday only. Please note that guests have access to a shared washing machine. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Bed linen can be rented with a EUR 12 extra charge per bed and per stay.
