Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note that towels and bed linen are included in the price. Please note that a EUR 50 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
