Please inform Terres de France - Appart'Hotel Quimper Bretagne in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. No cleaning is done for stays of less than 6 consecutive nights A weekly cleaning is provided for all reservations greater than 7 nights For stays of 7 nights or more, a end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 35 is required by bank card, cheque or cash. Please note that guests wishing to park onsite must contact the property in advance. Please note that pets can be accommodated in the apartments for an extra charge of EUR 5 per pet per night. Please note that in septembre 2022 (only) reception will open from Monday until thursaday from 9h until 11h and from 15h until 19H .
