Please inform Hôtel Eden Cassis in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that pets can only be accommodated in Suites and Family rooms. It is also advised that guests staying with a baby reserve a Suite or a Family room as they are located on the ground floor and can more comfortably accommodate a family with a baby. Please note that only the apartments have access to the outdoor swimming pool. Please note that the swimming pool ,Sauna and Jacuzzi are available from 1 april to 15 november .Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 6 years old stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available cot. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
