Important information

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Le Ruisseau - EuroResorts Bidart in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 170 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that as of 10 September, several facilities are unavailable. The main pool with slides, pool bar, snack bar and shop are all closed. Guests must clean the accommodation prior to departure. For arrivals from Wednesday 21st July 2021 in accordance with new government regulations. Arrivals must report to the EuroParcs reception immediately on arrival. All aged 18 or older in the party must show proof of any of the following: 1. Proof of 2 Covid 19 vaccinations, the second taken at least 7 days prior to arrival. 2. Proof of having contracted and recovered from Covid 19 within the last 6 months. 3. A clear PCR or Antigen test carried out within 48 hours of their time of arrival.(This is to be a certified test not a home or DIY kit). If the above proof cannot be provided, the customers will not be able to enter the campsite. Managed by a private host

Groups : When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and costs EUR 5 per hour.

Parking : Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets : Pets are not allowed.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 1.40 per person per night when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
