This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For stays of more than 2 nights, a quick cleaning is done without changing the sheets and towels. End of stay cleaning is included. For stays of 7 to 29 nights, a weekly cleaning is included with a change of sheets and towels, as well as the end of stay cleaning. For reservations of more than 5 rooms or 12 people, special conditions apply. Stag parties and similar celebrations are not allowed in the hotel. A security deposit of EUR 250 will be required upon arrival after 15:00. This amount must be paid by credit card. This amount will be returned to you within 7 days after your departure. The amount will be fully refunded to your credit card, if no damage has been found by the establishment. It is possible to arrive outside of reception opening hours, simply contact the residence in advance. You will have unlimited access to the spa for the duration of your stay, during the spa's opening hours and outside of any maintenance period (contact the hotel for more details). Stopover evenings are possible in this residence, the package includes overnight stay in a double studio, continental buffet breakfast and dinner at the Infini restaurant.

Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 14 per day.

Pets : Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
