Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Appart'City Classic Lyon Part Dieu Villette in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that: For stays from one to three nights, end-of-stay cleaning is included. This kitchen area must however be cleaned, or extra costs may be incurred. For stays from 4 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included starting from the 7th night only. For stays from 28 days, cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning might be provided at extra cost. Please note there is no air conditioning in the establishment

Groups : When booking more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 13 per day.

Pets : Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
