Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Underground parking spaces are available for an extra charge of EUR 10 per day, subject to availability. Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 9:30, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 8:00 to 10:00, for EUR 9.50 for adults and EUR 4.50 for children under 12 years old. End-of-stay cleaning is included for stays of up to 3 nights. For stays up to 27 nights, the rate includes weekly housekeeping. Housekeeping service is provided on a biweekly basis for stays longer than 28 nights. Additional housekeeping service is available at an additional cost. For non-refundable stays, once the reservation is made, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to make the payment online. For stays of 7 nights or more, an email will be sent to you after booking to temporarily pre-authorise a certain amount on your credit card. The establishment's new opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 8:00 to noon and 15:00 to 20:00; on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays: from 8:00 to noon and from 14:00 to 17:00. A surcharge of EUR 15 applies for arrivals before 15:00. All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. A pre-authorization of 250 EUR can be made for all reservations. The refund should be made on the day of your departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, provided no damage has been noted by the property.
