Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Appart'City Classic Nîmes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For early arrivals before 15:00, an extra EUR 12 fee applies. Please note that: For stays from 1 to 3 nights, end-of-stay cleaning is included. Guests are expected to clean the kitchen area. For stays from 4 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included from the seventh night. For stays from 28 days, cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning might be provided at extra cost.

Groups : When booking more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7 per day.

Pets : Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
