Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for early check-in before 15:00 and late check-out up to 14:00. All requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to confirmation and availability by the property. The restaurant is open from Monday lunch-time to Friday dinner-time. It is closed on week-ends and public holidays. A fitted kitchen is available in some of the accommodations. Please request in advance. For stays from 28 days, cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning might be provided at extra cost. When booking more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised.
