You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge from 20 EUR applies for arrivals before 4 PM and for departures between 11:00 and 14:00. All requests for arrivals or departures outside check-in and check-out hours are subject to confirmation by the property. End-of-stay cleaning is included for stays up to 3 nights.
