Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For early arrivals before 15:00, an extra EUR 12 fee applies. Opening hours : Monday to Friday : From 08h00 to12h00 and from 15h00 to 20h00 Saturday and Sunday : From 08h00 to 12h00 and From 15h00 to 18h00 For stays from one to three nights, end of stay cleaning is included. For stays from 4 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included. For stays from 28 days, cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning might be provided at extra cost. For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised. A baby bed and high chair are available upon request.

Groups : When booking more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 10 per day.

Pets : Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
