Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Piscine extérieure is closed from Mon 16 Oct 2023 until Sat 01 Jun 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When booking more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. An early-chek-in and/or late check-out are available on request with fee. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Non-French guests will also be asked to complete a police form with their contact details. Please note that: For stays from 1 to 6 nights, end of stay cleaning is included. For stays from 7 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included. For stays from 28 days, cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning can be provided at extra cost. Please note that cleaning does not include the kitchen area or the washing up. Guests must clean their kitchen area and wash their dishes before departure. Please note the following swimming pool opening hours: 01 June to 31 August: - Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 20:00 - Sunday from 08:00 to 16:30 For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised. Please note that the swimming pool is open from 16 May until 15 September.

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7 per day.

Pets : Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
