You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. An early-chek-in and/or late check-out are available on request with fee. You can access the residence 24/7 by using the SMS code that will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. If you have any problems or lose the code, you can call the residence using the contact details on the booking confirmation. Please note that: For stays from 1 to 6 nights, end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays from 7 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included. For stays from 28 days, cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning can be provided at extra cost. Please note that guests are responsible for cleaning their kitchen area before departure. If the kitchen area is not clean, an extra fee will apply. For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised.

Groups : When booking more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8 per day.

Pets : Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
