Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Séjours & Affaires Poitiers Lamartine in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel in order to obtain the access code. Please note that the rooms are cleaned once a week. Please note that breakfast is not served on Sunday and public holidays. The credit card used to make the booking as well as personal identification will be requested upon arrival. Child breakfast must be added on site. The opening hours of the reception are : Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm / Saturday from 7am to 12pm / closed on holidays and Sundays

Groups : When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet : WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8 per day.

Pets : Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
