Important information

Please inform Hôtel Innes by HappyCulture in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 10 per pet, per night applies. Only pets under 10 kg are permitted. Please note that parking is limited. Parking reservations are not possible. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Some Classic rooms are located on the 7th floor. The lift goes to the 6th floor and then you must walk up stairs from the 6th to the 7th floor. Please note that the parking is limited, if necessary preferential rates are granted at the partner Jeanne d'Arc parking (50 meters from the hotel) on request from reception. Outside visits are prohibited to protect the safety of our employees and customers as much as possible.

Groups : When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 10 per day.

Pets : Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
