Important information

Please inform Appart'hôtel Le Trianon in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Baby cots are available free of charge for children less than 2 years old, and should be requested prior to arrival. One cot per apartment can be provided. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:30 guests can arrive after check in hour but need to contact the property minimum 24h before arrival in order to get the access code. For all reservations For stays of 3 nights and more: - bed made on arrival - cleaning and change of linen not included - cleaning available at an extra cost. Please note that crockery is provided. If you are a company and you are making a reservation for one of your customers or employees, please remember to note down their first and last name and telephone number of the customer concerned in order to be able to send them an access code last minute if arrival planned after 6 p.m.

Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15 per day.

Pets : Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
