Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For early arrivals before 15:00 and late departures after 11:00, an extra EUR 12 fee applies. Please note that your credit card will be pre-authorised of EUR 250 before arrival. Please note that: For stays from 1 to 3 nights, end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays from 4 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included. For stays from 28 days, a cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning can be provided at extra cost. Please note that for any arrivals on Saturday or Sunday, the total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. Breakfast is available every day, including bank holidays. For children aged between 6 and 11, breakfast costs EUR 4. For children aged 5 and under, breakfast is free. When booking more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised.

Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
