Important information

Please inform Lagrange Vacances L'Orée des Cîmes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception Opening Hours : Saturday: 08:00 to 10:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that key collection takes place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at the Le Prat de Lis residence, 24 Avenue de Mont Louis, 66210 Les Angles. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. Please note that TV is available at an extra cost of EUR 29 the 1st week and EUR 15 per additional week. This is subject to availability and upon prior request during the reservation process. You can bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them on site at an extra cost of : - EUR 8 per person for bed linen - EUR 8 per person for towels

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges may be applicable.

Pets : Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 15 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 15 per person per stay when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
