This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. The reception is open from 8:30 to 10:30 and from 16:00 to 19:00. If you are planning on arriving late, please contact the property before 19:00 on the day of your arrival. Please note that for Flexible Rates, a prepayment of 100% of the total price will be charged directly after booking. Guests are required to contact Vacancéole after booking to get all the necessary information regarding your stay (reception opening hours, accommodation address, additional services available, things to do in the area and other practical information). For more information regarding accommodation for guests with reduced mobility, please contact the property. For stays of 1 to 6 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price, but you will need to clean the kitchen area and do the dishes before your departure. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the room rate, but are available at an additional cost. Please note that one pet can be accommodated per unit for an extra charge of EUR 10 per day.

Internet : WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Parking : Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets : Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
