This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests are encouraged to contact the property after reservation to obtain information about reception opening hours, other services available at the property for an additional charge, nearby points of interest and other practical information. Guests planning to arrive outside of reception opening hours are requested to call the property in advance in order to arrange a check-in time. Please note that reduced mobility accessible rooms are available according to availability. Guests are requested to contact the property in advance to confirm availability. Please note that a pre-payment equal to the total amount of the reservation will be taken once the reservation is made. This will be automatically refunded in the event of a free cancellation. Payment is possible with a Visa or a Mastercard only. For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels and TV are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge. Please note that when travelling with pets, the property can only accommodate one pet at an extra cost of EUR 10 per night upon prior confirmation. Guests can have access to the swimming pool from 10:00 to 19:00, except on Monday morning. Only guests aged 18 or older can have access to the sauna, upon availability.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
