This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Arrivals are possible from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the property a few days in advance to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. On arrival, you must pay the tourist tax. The unheated swimming pool is open from April to October, weather permitting. The optional services to be paid on site are as follows: - rental of bed linen: EUR 8 per person per week - towel rental: 8 EUR per person per week - baby cot:EUR 15 per stay – baby high chair: EUR 5 per day – baby bed + baby high chair : EUR 25 per stay. - pets: A EUR 39 weekly fee applies per pet. - End of stay cleaning: EUR 165 Reception Opening Hours : Monday to Friday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Saturday: 08:00-12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Sunday : 10:00 to 12:00. Reception is closed on Wednesday.

Internet : WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 4.90 per 24 hours.

Parking : Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets : Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 15 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 15 per person per stay when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
