Important information
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Résidence Le Machu Pichu in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception is open 24h. Cars are not allowed inside Val Thorens. It is mandatory for all visitors to pay to park outside the resort during their stay. Rates include accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), bed linen, cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax ) and free basic WiFi (for up to 5 devices). The card is free only during summer. For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival for an extra cost per person. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. Credit cards are the only accepted method of payment. Opening date of the residence is postponed due to renovation works 10 July instead of 01 July.Groups : When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
