This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 11 Nov 2024 until Sun 06 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A cleaning service is available on request at an additional cost of EUR 35 to EUR 55. Bed and bathroom linen are included in the privilege category. For the comfort category, you can bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent them on site for the following additional costs: - Bed linen: EUR 7 per person and per stay - Towels: EUR 6 per person and per stay Please note that the residence is entirely pedestrianized for the comfort and safety of all. You have trolleys available at the entrance of the residence to transport your luggage. The heated indoor swimming pool is open from May to October. Please note that a baby cot can be placed per cottage at an additional cost of EUR 10 per stay. A baby high chair is also available at an additional cost of EUR 10 per stay. In case of early departure, the establishment will charge you the full amount of your stay. Bachelor parties and other such parties are prohibited at this establishment. Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 10 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
