Important information

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception opening hours: Sunday to Friday: 9:00-11:00 and 16:00-19:00 Saturday. Please note that for all arrival after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that the swimming pool is open everyday from 10:30 to 19:45. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out.

Groups : No special conditions apply for groups.

Internet : WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and charges may be applicable.

Pets : Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 15 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 15 per person per stay when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
