A damage deposit of EUR 850 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Reception Opening Hours: Sunday to Friday: 09:00-12:00 and 15:00-19:00 Saturday: 08:00-12:30 and 15:00-20:00 Check-out by 12:00 daily, except on a Saturday, when check-out is by 10:00 latest. Please note that for all arrivals outside of reception hours, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. A deposit in the amount indicated below must be paid on arrival: - EUR 800 for the villas - EUR 400 for houses Houses are adapted for people with reduced mobility and can be booked on request. The linen is included (towels, bed linen). Baby equipment is available upon reservation, and it includes cot linen, high chair and baby bath. Pets are allowed (2 maximum/ housing) and cost EUR 39 per week or EUR 7 per night. Guests have free access to the spa upon reservation including a relaxation room, a hydro-therapy pool and a counter-current swimming pool. Access to the sauna and hammam is for an additional charge. Children from 10 years old can access the spa accompanied by an adult. A free entertainment program is offered for children during school holidays and in July and August for adults. It includes fitness classes, sports tournaments and Karaoke. Aquabiking is available upon reservation.

Internet : WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Parking : Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets : Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 15 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 15 per person per stay when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
