A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The reception is open from 9:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. During the summer months it is closed on Sunday afternoons and during the winter it is closed on Wednesdays and Sunday afternoons. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the residence in advance. For stays of under 4 nights: cleaning (except kitchen and dishes), bed linen and towels are included. For stays between 4 to 6 nights: towels are not included and can be rented on site. Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Bed linen is included but beds are not made upon arrival. Bed linen is included but beds are not made upon arrival. The swimming pool is open from April until October and is heated at the beginning and the end of the season.
